亚热带地区5种土地利用模式土壤微生物生态特性的比较

【摘要】 【目的】为了研究亚热带地区5种土地利用模式的土壤微生物生态特征,以揭示不同土地利用模式土壤生态系统的恢复/退化机理.【方法】以撂荒地(Abandoned land,AL)、纯杉木林(Cunninghamia lanceolata forest,CLF)、纯樟树林(Cinnamomum camphora forest,CCF)、杉木樟树混交林(C.lanceolata-C.camphora,forest,CLCCF)及次生阔叶林(Secondary broad-leaved forest,SBF)作为研究对象,通过调查取样和试验相结合的方法,分析5种土地利用模式0~10、10~20、20~30 cm土层的土壤微生物数量和微生物量的变化.【结果】相同土层土壤微生物总数的大小顺序为:次生阔叶林>纯樟树林(≈杉木樟树混交林)>纯杉木林>撂荒地(P<0.05),并随土层深度的增加而显著减小(P<0.05);土壤微生物量随土层深度的增加而显著降低(P<0.05),且在5种土地利用模式中差异显著(P<0.05);纯杉木林、纯樟树林、杉木樟树混交林与次生阔叶林的土壤微生物量与土壤养分呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);撂荒地的相关性最低(P<0.05).【结论】在亚热带地区,土壤微生物数量与微生物量可作为评价土壤肥力的指标,可采用改变土地利用模式的手段促进土壤微生物群落的发育、改良土壤特征以促进亚热带地区土地质量的改善.

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The purpose of the study was to compare the ecological characteristics of microorganism under five land use patterns in subtropical region,and reveal the related mechanism of recovery/degeneration of soil ecology. 【Method】 Five land use patterns,including abandoned land(AL),Cunninghamia lanceolata forest(CLF),Cinnamomum camphora forest(CCF),C. lanceolata-C. camphora forest(CLCCF) and secondary broad-leaved forest(SBF) in subtropical region were used to collect soil samples in depths of 0~10,10~20 and 20~30 cm for the study on dynamic changes of microbial quantity and microbial biomass. 【Result】 The order of total microbe number in the same soil layer was SBF>CCF(≈CLCCF)>CLF>AL(P<0.05),and it significantly decreased with the increase of soil depth;Soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus significantly decreased with the increase of soil depth(P<0.05),and significant differences existed among different land use patterns(P<0.05);Soil microbial biomass showed significant positive relationship with soil nutrients in CLF,CCF,CLCCF and SBF(P<0.01),and the relationship in AL was the lowest out of five patterns. Moreover,soil microbial biomass phosphorus had no correlation with total N(TN) and total P(TP). 【Conclusion】 The number of soil microbes and soil microbial biomass could be used as indicators to evaluate soil fertility in subtropical region. The change of land use pattern is a proper way to benefit the development of soil microbial communities and improve the soil property and quality in the subtropical region.
