【摘要】 探讨膀胱肿瘤患者多种免疫细胞及其细胞因子与临床病理指标的相关性及意义。采用流式细胞数检测40例膀胱癌患者和15例正常健康体检者的外周血中T细胞及其亚群、B细胞及NK细胞的表达。用ELISA方法检测所有人的血清和尿中IL-10、IL-35、TGF-β1含量。结果显示:膀胱肿瘤患者外周血总T细胞、NK细胞及CD+4T、CD+4/CD+8比值均显著低于正常组(P<0.05);膀胱肿瘤患者外周血CD+8T细胞和Treg细胞均显著高于正常组(P<0.05);膀胱肿瘤患者血清和尿中IL-10、IL-35、TGF-β1含量极显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。膀胱肿瘤患者抗肿瘤免疫综合功能下降,血清和尿中IL-10、IL-35、TGF-β1水平检测对膀胱肿瘤的诊断、分期、预后判定有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the correlation and meanings between the bladder tumor patients’immunocyte &cytokines and clinicopathological markers.The flow cytometry is used to detect the expression of T cell &its subgroup,B cells and NK cells in the peripheral blood of the 40 bladder cancer patients and 15 normal and healthy persons in physical examination.The ELISA method is used to detect the IL-10,IL-35 and TGF-β1contents in the serum and urine of all persons.The results show that,The bladder tumor patients’total ratio of peripheral blood T cell,NK cell,CD+4T and CD+4/CD+8is significantly lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05).The bladder tumor patients’peripheral blood CD+8T cell and Treg cell are significantly higher than these of the normal group(P<0.05).The content of IL-10,IL-35 and TGF-β1in the serum and urine of the bladder tumor patients is significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.01).The antitumor immunity comprehensive function of the bladder tumor patients is lowered,the detection of the IL-10,IL-35 and TGF-β1level in the serum and urine has significant meaning to the diagnosis,analysis and prognosis determination of the bladder tumor.更多还原
