【Abstract】 Small towns of Gansu province are quickly developing,but they face high risks of earthquakes.A comprehensive investigation and analysis is made on how to strengthen the capabilities to fight the earthquake disasters,based on the research of the specific characteristics of small towns.We hold that the causative elements are:natural environment,social-economy,urban infrastructure and public cultural quality.These elements are crucial for earthquake disaster mitigation.更多还原
