聚合物/蒙脱土剥离型纳米复合材料逾渗理论分析

【摘要】 针对剥离型聚合物-蒙脱土纳米复合材料(PLSN),提出的临界基体层厚度增韧机制,以蒙脱土片层为单元,设片层的应力范围为球形,建立逾渗模型.得到PLSN的逾渗阈值为0.52,与聚合物基体、蒙脱土的成份、性质、粒子尺寸无关.对PLSN的增韧行为进行逾渗理论分析,并对剥离型环氧树脂/STAB-MMT纳米复合材料的增韧行为进行逾渗理论计算,得到其标度为0.19.说明了MMT片层在剥离型纳米复合材料中起到交联点的作用,具有增韧效应,其增韧行为符合逾渗理论.

【Abstract】 Referring to critical matrix-thickness mechanism proposed by Wu Sou-heng,taking montmorillonite layer as a unit and assuming the stress-affected area as spherical,a percolation model of polymer-montmorillonite exfoliative nanocomposites(PLSN) was developed.The threshold of PLSN percolation obtained hence is 0.52,which is independent on the distribution of the content,properties and particles size of polymer and montmorillonite.Besides,the toughening mechanism of polymer-montmorillonite exfoliative nanocomposites was theoretically analyzed with percolation theory.And the toughening behavior of exfoliative epoxy-STAB-montmorillonite nanocomposites was also evaluated with percolation theory and found that the scale is 0.19.Which shows that exfoliative montmorillonite layers become cross-linking of nanocomposites and own toughening effection.The behavior of toughening corresponds with percolation theory.
