蔬菜和水果中农药残留检测中的质量控制措施

【摘要】 在蔬菜和水果中农药残留检测分析过程中,由于分析的农药种类多且样品基质成分复杂,易对检测结果产生干扰,影响结果的准确性。结合新版《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》(RB/T 214-2017),从影响检测结果的"人"、"机"、"料"、"法"、"环"、"测"6个方面,对质量控制措施进行了分析和探讨。

【Abstract】 In the process of pesticide residue detection and analysis in vegetables and fruits,it was easy to interfere with the detection results and affect the accuracy of the results due to the variety of pesticides and the complex matrix composition of samples. Combining with the new edition of General Requirements of Inspection Institutions for Assessing the Qualifications of Inspection Institutions(RB/T 214-2017),the quality control measures were analyzed and discussed from six aspects of " personnel ", " machine ", "material", "method", " environment" and "testing" which affect the test results.
