“双十一”消费者满意度综合评价及运作对策研究
The research on comprehensive evaluation and operation countermeasures of double eleven consumer satisfaction
【摘要】 针对"双十一"消费者满意度综合评价及运作对策研究问题,以电商平台A和物流公司B为例,收集它们的业绩指标数据,运用模糊综合评价和TOPSIS评价等理论方法,构建消费者满意度和电商平台业绩评价模型.运用MATLAB和Eviews等软件编程求解,建立"双十一"消费者满意度综合评价体系.结合数值结果及实际情况对电商平台、物流和消费者提出合理建议.
【Abstract】 Aiming at the comprehensive evaluation of double eleventh consumer satisfaction and operational countermeasures,takes e-commerce platform A and logistics company B as examples,collects their performance indicators data,then uses the theory and methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and TOPSIS evaluation to construct an evaluation model of the customer satisfaction and e-commerce platform performance.Uses software programming such as MATLAB and Eviews to solve the problem,then establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of double eleven consumer satisfaction.Puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the e-commerce platform,logistics and consumers according to the numerical results and the actual situation.
