设置层间功能层的刚性基层水泥混凝土路面动态响应灰关联分析

【摘要】 针对我国水泥混凝土路面设计与施工中很少关注在刚性基层和水泥混凝土面层之间设置功能层等相关问题,通过动态分析有限元方法,揭示了设置功能层的刚性基层水泥混凝土路面结构在车辆动态荷载作用下,各因素对力学响应的影响程度。并采用灰色关联分析,对各因素的影响程度进行了定量分析。结果表明:对路面结构力学响应的影响顺序依次为面层厚度>基层厚度>面层模量>功能层模量>基层模量>功能层厚度>地基模量>行车速度,最后通过回归分析得到了路面结构力学响应的计算公式。

【Abstract】 In China,little attention was paid on the relate issues among the surface layer,base and function layer of cement concrete pavement.The influence of various factors on the mechanical response degree of rigid base cement concrete pavement structure with functional layer under dynamic vehicle load was revealed by dynamic analysis using finite element method,and the influence degree of various factors was quantitatively analyzed with grey correlation analysis.The result shows that the influencing order of mechanical response of pavement structure is surface layer thickness>rigid base thickness>surface layer modulus>function layer modulus>rigid base modulus>function layer thickness>foundation modulus>vehicle speed.Finally,the formulas of pavement structural mechanics response were obtained by regression analysis.
