矩形钢管混凝土构件扭转性能及设计方法研究
Research on Torsion Behavior and Design Approach of Rectangular Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Members
【摘要】 基于ABAQUS软件,建立了圆形、方形及矩形钢管混凝土构件在纯扭矩作用时的数值模拟模型,并采用已有研究者完成的圆形及方形构件扭转试验结果对理论模型进行了验证,理论计算结果和试验结果总体上吻合良好。基于此理论模型,对影响矩形钢管混凝土构件扭转力学性能的主要因素进行了分析,考虑了钢材强度、混凝土强度、含钢率和截面高宽比等的影响。结果表明,钢材强度及混凝土强度只影响矩形钢管混凝土纯扭构件的Tθ关系曲线数值,对其形状影响不明显,含钢率和截面高宽比对Tθ关系曲线的数值和初始刚度都有影响。在参数分析的基础上建议了矩形钢管混凝土构件抗扭强度承载力计算公式。
【Abstract】 A finite element model was developed by using ABAQUS to simulate the performance of CFST members with circular,square and rectangular sections under pure torsion loading.The numerical results were verified by other researches’ experimental results of circular and square sectional CFST members,and the FE results match well with the test results in general.Some parameters which may effect on the torsion behavior of the rectangular CFST members,such as concrete and steel strengths,steel ratio and aspect ratio of cross-section,were analyzed based on the FE model.It is shown that(1) the strengths of steel and concrete only influence the values of T-θ curve of the rectangular CFST members under torsion loading,and have slightly influence on the form of the curve;(2) the steel ratio and aspect ratio of cross-section influence the values of T-θ curve and initial stiffness of the members.The formula of bearing capacity for the torsion strength of the CFST members with rectangular section was proposed based on parametric analysis.
