锈蚀变形钢筋混凝土受弯构件的受力性能试验研究

【摘要】 针对钢筋锈蚀对受弯构件受力性能的影响展开系统的试验研究,共进行了24根试件的试验,采用电化学锈蚀方法对试件钢筋进行快速锈蚀,研究了钢筋直径、钢筋锈蚀率等影响因素对受弯构件性能的影响。试验结果表明:钢筋锈蚀削弱了钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结,降低了构件的抗弯刚度,刚度的减小幅度随锈蚀率的增大而提高;同时也影响了截面的变形协调,致使受弯构件的承载能力降低;锈蚀率相近的构件承载力退化基本相当,锈蚀试件的屈服挠度显著大于未锈蚀构件,但混凝土边缘压应变与未锈蚀试件基本相当,表明钢筋本身削弱的影响略大于粘结退化的影响。

【Abstract】 The influence of corrosion of rebars on mechanical behavior of flexural beams was systematically studied through experiment.A total of 24 beam specimens were tested to investigate the effects of rebar diameter and corrosion ratio,etc.on the behavior of flexural beams by using electrochemical corrosion method for rapid corrosion of rebars.The experimental results indicate that(1) Corrosion degraded the bond between rebars and concrete,reduced the bending stiffness of the members.The reducing margin of bending stiffness increaseds with the increase of corrosion rate.The deformation compatibility of cross-section was affected by corrosion as well,which led to decline of bearing capacity of flexural beams.(2) The beams with similar corrosion rates show a comparable deterioration degree of bearing capacity.The yield deflection of corroded beams is significantly greater than that of uncorroded beams,but edge concrete compressive strain of corroded beams is equal to that of uncorroded beams,which shows that the degradation of beams caused by steel deterioration is greater than that caused by bond deterioration.
