既有预应力混凝土空心板桥承载力的检测与评定
Inspection and Evaluation of Load-bearing Capacity of Existing Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slab
【摘要】 针对目前既有预应力混凝土空心板桥承载能力评定方法的不足,结合工程实例阐述了对既有预应力混凝土空心板桥进行承载力评定的方法,提出了承载力评定的检测指标,介绍了检测内容、检测方法和检测结果。根据结构表观质量检查结果、材质状况检测结果和活载调查结果,引入承载能力恶化系数、截面折减系数和活载影响修正系数,分析了考虑截面损伤的抗力-荷载效应对比。结果表明,在考虑横向分布的情况下,所检测的试验板在荷载作用下,能够有效地保证结构的安全性和可靠性,并有一定的安全储备,较好地验证了规范方法的合理性和有效性,可为既有钢筋混凝土空心板桥的病害调查分析、承载能力技术状况评定和加固设计提供参考价值。
【Abstract】 In view of the deficiency of load-bearing capacity evaluation method of existing prestressed concrete hollow slab,load-bearing capacity evaluation method was represented,inspection index was presented,and inspection content,method and result were introduced based on the example.According to structural apparent mass and material state inspection and live load investigation,load-bearing capacity depravation coefficient,section discount coefficient and live load redress coefficient were provided,comparison between resistance and load effect was analyzed considering section damage.The result shows that the test slab can assurance the safety and reliability of structure considering transverse distribution.It validates the rationality and effectivity of the method,which is useful for the bearing capacity evaluation of similar structure.
