立式微耕机减速器结构参数多目标优化研究

【摘要】 为降低山地低矮树型用立式微耕机前端高度,减轻微耕机的重量,保证减速器传动性能,设计一种新型立式微耕机减速器,建立以该减速器传动齿轮的体积最小和重合度最高为目标的优化设计模型,运用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)获取该变速器中各传动齿轮的最优结构参数。优化结果表明:相比于传统经验设计方法,该新型减速器经过优化之后齿轮重合度基本不变,齿轮总体积和总重量均减小了20.3%。

【Abstract】 A newly gearbox of vertical micro-cultivator for low trees in hilly orchard was designed and its optimization model of structure parameters was established to reduce the front height of vertical micro-cultivator, decrease its weight and improve its transmission performance. The minimum volume and the largest gear coincidence were set as the optimization indexes of the optimization model. The optimum structure parameters of transmission gears were acquired using the fast and elitist multi-objective genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ). Compared to the traditional empirical design method, the optimal results showed that: the gear coincidence of the gearbox was almost the same, and the total volume and weight of gears were reduced by 20.3%.
