农业固体废弃物堆肥技术及翻抛设备研究现状

【摘要】 堆肥是农业固体废弃物肥料化利用的主要途径之一,翻抛是堆肥过程的关键环节,翻抛机的性能直接影响堆肥效率和堆肥品质。基于农业固体废弃物肥料化利用介绍好氧和厌氧堆肥技术,综述国内外翻抛机的研究现状,并对比分析条剁式、槽式和整堆移位式三种适用于农业固体废弃物堆肥翻抛机的功能特点,最后对翻抛机在我国的发展前景和研究方向进行展望。

【Abstract】 Compost is the one of the main methods of agricultural solid waste utilizing in fertilizer. Turning is the key step of the compost process, and the efficiency and the quality of the compost are directly influenced by the performance of compost turner. This research has described the aerobic and anaerobic composting technology. The research status of oversea and domestic compost turner is summarized. And three type of compost turners(windrow composting, lane composting and whole pile shifting composting turner) applied in the compost of agricultural solid waste are compared and analyzed. Finally, a perspective on the compost turner and the research directions in the future are briefly discussed.
