PCPs污染物胁迫对禾花鲤不同组织抗氧化系统的影响

【摘要】 探讨了不同浓度PCPs污染物(0,4,8,16 mg/L)对禾花鲤不同组织抗氧化系统的影响。PCPs污染物胁迫24 h后,对禾花鲤肝胰腺、肌肉、鳃、脾脏、脑、肾脏、心脏等组织抗氧化系统(T-AOC、SOD、CAT、MDA、GST、GSH)的活性分析表明,禾花鲤不同器官组织抗氧化活性不同,T-AOC、CAT和GSH活性具有组织分布特异性。鳃组织中GST、GSH、MDA,肝胰脏中的GST,肾脏中T-AOC、GST和脑组织的T-AOC能有效反映组织的氧化损伤,可作为PCPs污染物对禾花鲤毒性效应的敏感指标。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the effects of different concentrations of PCPs pollutants(0, 4, 8, 16 mg/L) on the antioxidative systems in different tissues of Procypris mera were studied. The activities of the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), maleic dialdehyde(MDA), glutathione S-transferase(GST) and glutathione(GSH) in different tissues(hepatopancreas, muscle, gill, spleen, brain and kidney) of the fish were analyzed after 24 h exposure to PCPs. The results showed that the antioxidant activities in the tested organs were significantly different, and T-AOC, CAT and GSH activity had tissue-specific distribution. In addition, GST, GSH and MDA in the gill, GST in the hepatopancreas, T-AOC and GST in the kidney, and T-AOC in the brain can effectively respond to the oxidative damage of tissues, which are sensitive indicators of PCPs toxicity to Procypris mera.
