基于温度-荷载耦合场的沥青路面抗裂分析

【摘要】 为了克服半刚性基层和柔性基层存在的缺点,提高沥青路面的抗裂性能,采用半柔性基层作为路面基层结构。通过相关环境调查和材料参数分析,选用ABAQUS有限元软件,构建了温度-荷载耦合场沥青路面结构模型,并进行了模拟计算,分析了不同沥青基层结构的应力强度因子和结构层不同位置的力学指标,结果表明半柔性基层兼有半刚性基层的强度和柔性基层的韧性,从力学表现上来说对于抑制裂缝的产生和发展,尤其是基层反射裂缝具有较好的效果。文章的结果可为沥青路面抗裂研究选用半柔性基层提供理论支持。

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the shortcomings of semi-rigid base course and flexible base course and improve the crack resistance of asphalt pavement,semi-flexible base course is used as the base course structure of pavement.Based on the related environment investigation and material parameter analysis,the temperature-load coupling field asphalt pavement structure model is constructed by using Abaqus finite element software,and the simulation calculation is carried out.The stress intensity factors of different asphalt base structures and the mechanical indexes of different positions of structure layers are analyzed.The results show that the semi-flexible base has both the strength of semi-rigid base course and the toughness of flexible base course,which have good effect on restraining the generation and development of cracks,especially the reflection cracks of base course.The results of this paper can provide theoretical support for the selection of semi flexible base course for asphalt pavement crack resistance study.
