沥青材料电磁感应加热自修复技术研究
Research on Self-healing Technology of Electromagnetic Induction Heating for Asphalt Materials
【摘要】 为促进电磁感应加热自修复技术在中国道路工程领域中的发展与应用,综合国内外沥青材料感应热自修复技术的研究现状及发展趋势,针对感应热自修复机理、导电材料设计、感应热自修复影响因素及其对路面常见病害的修复能力情况进行了详细剖析。分析结果表明:感应热自修复技术较其他修复技术(微胶囊、光修复、微波及红外加热)具有多次修复、高效快速、节能环保等优势;导电材料(掺量、几何尺寸及拌和工艺)与感应热自修复效率及沥青材料其他技术性能密切相关;沥青材料性能(老化、拌和温度及空隙率等)、环境因素(温度与加热时间、水分、线圈距离)及仪器参数(功率、频率)均对感应热自修复率存在不同程度的影响;感应加热修复路面初始微裂缝、飞散、坑槽病害均可以取得较好效果,但对疲劳损伤及水损害引起的永久变形修复非常有限。最后指出了在感应热自修复领域亟需解决的问题,研究结果可为今后沥青混凝土路面自修复技术的研究工作提供思路。
【Abstract】 In order to promote the development and application of electromagnetic induction heating self-healing technology in the field of road engineering in China,the research status and development trend of self-healing technology of asphalt composite materials in China and abroad countries are comprehensively studied,and the self-healing mechanism of induction heating,the design of conductive materials,the influencing factors of induction heating self-healing and its ability to heal common road defects are analyzed in detail.The analysis results show that the induction heating self-healing technology has many advantages such as multiple healing,high efficiency,fast,energy saving and environmental protection compared with other healing technologies(microcapsule,light healing,microwave and infrared heating);conductive materials(doping amount,geometric size and mixing process)closely related to induction heat self-healing efficiency and other technical properties of asphalt materials;asphalt material properties(aging,mixing temperature and void ratio),environmental factors(temperature and heating time,moisture,coil distance)and instrument parameters(power,frequency).Both have different effects on the self-healing rate of induction heating;induction heating can excellently heal the initial micro-cracks,ravelling,and potholes diseases of the road surface,but the healing of permanent deformation caused by fatigue damage and water damage is very limited.Finally,it points out the problems that need to be solved in the field of induction heat self-healing.The results can provide ideas for the future research work of asphalt pavement self-healing technology.
