基于超前地质预报的隧道爆破和支护优化系统

【摘要】 湖北十堰~陕西白河高速公路区域地质构造复杂,岩性差异大,地质情况不断变化,如果照搬初始爆破设计无法取得良好的开挖结果,容易造成超欠挖,隧道轮廓线不规整,爆破震动较大,支护不当,对隧道施工和质量控制带来困难。通过超前地质预报随时收集地质信息,及时调整施工方法参数,在此基础上开发了对应围岩性质和施工设计的查询系统,对这些信息进行高效地处理与分析,实现了隧道爆破开挖和支护参数的快速输出和系统的信息化处理,可提高施工效率。

【Abstract】 The geological conditions of tunnels on the Shiyan-Baihe Expressway are very complicated.The geology varies constantly with diversified surrounding rock.If simply adopt the initial design for the blast excavation,it is hard to construct the tunnel and control the quality,which may cause serious over break or under break,irregular tunnel contour line,as well as large vibration of blasting,unsuitable supporting and unsatisfactory excavation.Based on geological prediction,the geological information is collected and the excavation parameters are adjusted timely.The query system of blasting and supporting is developed corresponding the rock properties and construction,which is capable of efficient processing and analysis of the information.The system can output the parameters of blasting and supporting automatically and improve construction efficiency.
