道路应急抢通箱式模块结构设计与模拟优化
Design and Optimization by Simulation of a Box-Module for Emergency Road Repair
【摘要】 针对我国道路应急抢通装备缺乏的现状,设计一种道路应急抢通箱式模块。该箱式模块主体采用铝合金材料,具有自重小,功能多的特点,可拼组车辙式箱梁桥,简易桥墩,也可拼组水上施工平台及简易浮桥。以箱式模块拼组为车辙式箱梁桥为设计参数,对箱式模块结构进行初步设计,在MIDAS/Civil中建立单车辙模型并进行模拟计算与优化,有效控制箱式模块重量在200kg以内。
【Abstract】 A new box-module is designed for road emergency repair due to the current situation that the equipments for road emergency repair is deficient.The majority material of the box-module is aluminum,specialized with lightweight and multiple roles and can be assembled as rut type box girder bridges,simple piers,and floating construction platform and floating bridge.In this paper the box-girder bridge assembled by the box-module is taken as design parameters,then preliminary design is made and the unilateral rut type box-girder bridge model is established and simulation calculation and optimization of the box-module are carried out,the weight is controlled less than 200 kg.
