爆破开挖时小净距隧道的合理间距研究

【摘要】 以黄衢南高速公路小净距隧道为工程依托,运用有限元的基本理论,采用ABAQUS软件对小净距隧道爆破开挖时相邻洞的影响进行了研究。重点分析了Ⅳ、V级围岩条件下考虑爆破因素时隧道的合理净距。分析的重点是隧道后行洞爆破开挖时先行洞产生的塑性变形的范围大小,当塑性区贯通时则认为所选用的净距不合理,或应采取措施。为小净距隧道净距优化及施工方法的选择提供参考。

【Abstract】 On the basis of neighborhood tunnel in Huang-Qu-Nan Expressway,the influence of blasting excavation of a small-spaced tunnel on nearby tunnel is studied by use of the ABAQUS program.The reasonable spacing of V,IV-class of surrounding rock which consider the impact of tunnel blasting are analyzed selectively.The analytical point is the range of plastic deformation of advance hole when the hole behind is blasting excavation.When the plasticity zone connects,spacing is considered unreasonable or measures are needed.It provides the reference for optimizing the neighborhood tunnel’s spacing and construction method.
