【摘要】 地震预警是国内外应用地震学的热点,也是近期公众关心的热门话题。本文就地震预警的一些基本问题、概念、关键技术及其在防震减灾方面的作用等问题做了简要概述,指出了地震预警存在的问题,以及需要研究的方向。首次提出了地震预警系统的确认和解除及地震预警社会容忍度的概念。同时强调地震预警是复杂的社会工程,需要全社会的共同参与。更多还原

【Abstract】 Earthquake early warning is a hotpot of applied seismology at home and abroad.It is also a hot topic of public attention recently.In this paper,some basic issues,concepts,key technology of the earthquake early warning,and its role in protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters,etc.,were made a brief overview.The present problems of earthquake early warning and the directions need to be studied were pointed out.The concepts of confirming and removing earthquake early warning and social tolerance were put forward for the first time.The paper also stressed the earthquake early warning is a complex social engineering,which requires the participation of the whole society.更多还原
