【Abstract】 Based on a review of the history of earthquake prediction,the author believes that,although very difficult,successful earthquake prediction is not impossible.Earthquake early warning system has proved to be an effective means and will certainly play an important role in protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters,but earthquake early warning can not take the place of earthquake prediction.更多还原
