【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the subject report concerning structure destruction,usability classification method and program after an earthquake,which was written by experts from 6 countries,including the United States and Japan.It compares and analyses the idea and basis for the classification in the report,and the method to compile programs for resisting earthquakes and providing disaster relief in cities,hoping to provide references for the reconstruction work after Wenchuan earthquake.更多还原
