【Abstract】 An earthquake with MS 7.5 occurred at Diexi,Sichuan on August 25,1933.Older generation,include geologist Chang Long-qing,seismologist Li Shan-bang,water conservancy engineer Zhou Yu-ru,geographer Xu Jin-zhi,photographer Zhuang Xue-ben,official Zhang Xue-yan,instructors and students of Sichuan University and so on,had made an important contribution to science and society in Diexi earthquake.They were the pioneers of earthquake science and disaster reduction in China.History will remember them forever.更多还原
