【Abstract】 Take the Nuclear Safety Rule(HAF010(1)) as the fundmentals, this paper analyzes the coherence of probabilistic method and tectonic method in seismic risk analysis, the two methods have the same scientific basis. Suggestions based on the analysis are proposed. We hope these analysis and suggestions are helpful to promote scientific level in seismic risk analysis.更多还原
