【摘要】 在研究未来15年国家社会发展对减轻自然灾害科技支撑要求、减轻突发性自然灾害(地震、台风与暴雨、洪水、崩塌—滑坡—泥石流)科技工作现状以及发展趋势的基础上,分析了减轻突发性自然灾害科技发展中的重大瓶颈问题,提出了未来科技发展的总体目标和战略重点,凝练出了优先发展领域与重大项目课题研究问题以及提出相应的政策保障措施。

【Abstract】 Based on the social demand in the next 15 years, and the present situation and the tendency of development of science and technology in mitigating significant paroxysmal natural disasters(earthquake, typhoon and rainstorm, flood, landslide. etc) in China, we analyze several important bottleneck questions about the development of science and technology in mitigating the paroxysmal natural disasters, present general goals and strategic emphases of the science and technology development in the future, come down to priority domains and research problems, some corresponding safeguard measures in the policy are suggested.
