【Abstract】 Based on the follvoing features of Hunan Province: the seismic source is shallow, it is easy to cause ground damage by oral and reservior-induced earthquakes, the seismic resistant capability of buildings is lower and that the land features of Hunan intond to cause high seismic intonsity, the writers believe that the real seismic intensity of Hunan is usnally bigger than the estimated value by experiences. The followig relationships between seismic intensity(I) and seismic magnitude(M) are proposed: Ⅰ(Ⅳ): M2.0~3.5, Ⅰ(Ⅴ): M2.5~3.5, Ⅰ(Ⅵ): M≥4.更多还原
