雅思考务团队管理对高校考务队伍建设的启发——以广州雅思考试中心考务团队管理为例

【摘要】 作为海外留学、海外就业和海外移民人员进行英语测评首选的雅思考试,其考务团队管理从考务人员招募、培训、考务管理机制到团队文化,都有当下高校考务队伍值得学习和借鉴的地方。文章以广州雅思考试中心考务团队管理为例,提出对高校考务队伍建设的启发,完善考务人员招募流程、培训方案和考务管理机制,并建立互帮互助的团队文化,齐心协力做好考务工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 IELTS is the preferred test choice for English study abroad, overseas employment and overseas immigration personnel.The examination team management from the recruitment of personnel, training, examination management mechanism to team culture,there are places in the current college examination team worth learning and learning. Taking the management of the examination team of Guangzhou IELTS Test Center as an example, the article proposes the enlightenment of the construction of the examination team in colleges and universities, perfects the recruitment process, training program and examination management mechanism of the examination staff, so as to build a mutual-help team culture to accomplish the work.更多还原
