钢框架肋板加强式连接节点域的力学性能研究

【摘要】 为深入研究钢框架肋板加强式连接节点域抗震机理,采用有限元数值模拟分析方法对比分析肋板加强式和普通梁柱连接节点域在整个加载过程中的变形、应力变化规律及极限承载力。结果表明:随梁端位移增加,肋板加强式连接节点域变形呈板件中心鼓曲并逐渐向四周扩散的环状分布状态,节点域中心处剪切变形最大,四周边缘较小;肋板加强式连接节点域的剪力-剪应变曲线更加饱满,具有稳定的塑性变形能力和良好的耗能能力,其抗剪承载力明显提高;肋板加强式连接节点域进入塑性阶段后,节点域等效应力和剪应力有所降低,表明梁端设置的加强肋板可以提高梁柱连接节点域的耗能能力。

【Abstract】 For the further study of the seismic mechanism on ribs reinforced connection of steel frame at panel zone,it was comparatively analysed the deformation,stress change and the ultimate bearing capacity in the whole loading process of panel zone between the ribs reinforced connection and ordinary beam to column connection by using the analysis method of finite element numerical simulation.The results showed that with the increasing displacement of beam end,the domain deformation of ribs reinforced connection was mainly with buckling deformation and gradually spread to the surrounding,which distributed in a ring,the shear deformation was large in the center and very small on the edge.The shear-shear strain curve of ribs reinforced connection was full,showing a stable plastic deformation ability and good energy dissipation capacity,the shear bearing capacity obviously increases,while the panel zone of ribs reinforced connection came into plastic stage,the equivalent stress and the shear stress of panel zone was reduced,which showed that setting reinforcing ribs at the beam end could increase the energy dissipation capacity of panel zone.
