中日规范关于受拉型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚计算对比

【摘要】 简要介绍中国JGJ 138-2010《组合结构设计规范》征求意见稿和日本SRC规范中关于型钢混凝土非埋入式柱脚在受拉时的正截面受弯承载力和斜截面受剪承载力的计算公式。基于已有试验结果,用两国规范公式分别计算出试件的抗弯承载力和抗剪承载力,取较小值作为预测值与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,组合规范的计算结果明显偏保守,尤其在轴拉比较大的情况下,预测误差较大;日本规范的计算结果与试验结果较接近,但略显保守。建议在轴拉比超过0.6时,组合规范公式可用锚栓和纵筋的极限抗拉强度来计算非埋入式柱脚的承载力。

【Abstract】 Calculation formula of Chinese CodeforDesignofCompositeStructure(JGJ 138-2010)exposure draft and Japanese specification for SRC structure about flexural bearing capacity of normal section and shear bearing capacity of oblique section of non-embedded column base under tensile force were briefly introduced.The predicted value,which was the smaller one of flexural bearing capacity and shear bearing capacity,was calculated by using the above specifications and compared with test results.It was denoted that Chinese code provided very conservative calculation results and large prediction error,especially in the case of high axis tension ratio,while Japanese specification provided slightly conservative results but close to test results.When the axis tension ratio was higher than 0.6,the bearing capacity of non-embedded column base could be calculated by using ultimate tensile strength of anchor bolts and longitudinal steel in Chinese code.
