直接空冷电厂低频运转大直径风机系统振动研究

【摘要】 火电厂直接空冷采用大直径轴流风机进行强制通风冷却汽轮机乏汽。低频运转的大直径风机群从开启到正常运转过程中可能引起结构与设备的耦合共振。风机桥架的安全性直接影响电机、风机和齿轮箱的寿命,甚至导致钢结构的疲劳破坏。结合空冷电厂风机桥架振动测试结果,综合考虑桥架的疲劳寿命,提出桥架设计振动控制指标。通过对某600MW空冷机组风机桥架现场动力测试,确定桥架最不利运转工况,提出风机桥架设计方法,研究成果可为大容量空冷机组风机桥架振动控制提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 Big diameter axial flow fan is used to cool the steam exhaust of the steam turbine in direct air cooled technique thermo power plant. Coupling resonance of the structure and equipment may happen during the turn-on to normal running of the big diameter axial flow fan cluster with low-frequency operation. Safety of the fan bridge directly affects the life of the electric motor, axial flow fan and gear box, even can cause fatigue rupture of the steel structure. By analyzing the field test results and fatigue rupture of the fan bridge, vibration control index of the fan bridge was put forward. At last, a field test was carried out to confirm the disadvantage work condition of the axial flow fan. Vibration control design method of the fan bridge was put forward to provide technical supporting to the direct air cooled technique thermo power plant with big capacity.
