【Abstract】 For RHS T connection,the formula in CIDECT design guide to calculate the yield of strength neglects the corner radius of chord. Analysis of FE shows that the corner radius of chord had noticeable effect on a joint’s carrying capacity,especially for larger β or larger corner radius of cold formed RHS T connection. In this paper,the revisory formula of static carrying capacity of RHS T connection is suggested with the corner radius of chord taken into account.更多还原
