新型钢框架梁柱节点延性性能试验研究
DUCTILITY PERFORMANCE TESTING STUDY OF NEW TYPE OF BEAM-COLUMN CONNECTION IN STEEL FRAME
【摘要】 根据钢框架强柱弱梁的抗震设计原则 ,按照有效控制梁上塑性铰位置的思路 ,采用在梁腹板进行开孔削弱的节点形式 ,通过开孔位置与大小控制节点处的塑性铰形成位置 ,进行了反复荷载历程下的 5组试件破坏试验 ,探讨了梁柱节点的滞回性能、节点破坏模式及其极限承载力 ,并进行对比分析。研究结果表明 ,采用腹板开孔的构造形式 ,可以大大缓解节点处的高三轴应力状态 ,降低连接焊缝发生脆性破坏的可能性 ,改善节点延性性能。
【Abstract】 According to antiseismic design principle of steel frame——st rong column weak beam and controll ing effectively the position of pl astic hinge of beam,the node form that is weakened by a hole on web i s adopted and the position of plas tic hinge is controlled by the pos ition and size of the hole.At the same time,tests of 5 sets specimen s under cyclic loading are made un til the specimens are destroyed,hy steretic behavior of connection,de struction pattern and loading capa city of connection are discussed a nd contrast analysis is made.Struc tural form that a hole is made on the web can alleviate the triaxial stress state close to connection z one,which improves the ductility p erformance of the node to a great extent.
