旅游者环境契合度影响因素与作用机制研究——以贵州西江千户苗寨为例

【摘要】 旅游者环境契合度、情境涉入、心流体验和游憩满意是旅游研究的重要内容。文中以西江千户苗寨为研究案例地,SmartPLS为主要分析工具,运用PLS-SEM构建并验证了旅游者环境契合度的影响因素与作用机制。旅游者的熟悉感、恢复性环境特征和游憩环境困扰是影响旅游者环境契合度的重要前置变量,其中环境恢复性特征作用强于熟悉感,且正向显著影响旅游者环境契合度,游憩环境困扰则呈现负向显著影响;旅游者环境契合度中以环境资源的作用最强,且正向显著影响情境涉入、心流体验和游憩满意,其中对游憩满意作用最强,其次分别为心流体验和情境涉入;情境涉入对游憩满意和心流体验有显著的正向影响,对游憩满意的影响强于对心流体验的作用;心流体验正向显著影响游憩满意。

【Abstract】 Tourists’ recreationist-environment fit, situational involvement, flow experience and travel satisfaction are the important domains of tourism research. PLS-SEM is used in the present study to construct and verify the influencing factors and mechanism of recreationist-environment fit of tourists to Xijiang Qianhu Miao villages. Tourists’ familiarity, restorative environmental characteristics and recreation environment problem are important antecedents affecting tourists’ recreationist-environment fit. Restorative environmental characteristics has stronger and significantly positive influence on tourists’ recreationist-environment fit than familiarity, while recreation environment problem has a significantly negative influence on tourists’ recreationist-environment fit. Environmental resource dimension has the strongest effect on tourists’ recreationist-environment fit and exerts significant positive and gradually decreased influence on recreation satisfaction, flow experience and situational involvement. Situational involvement has a significantly positive impact on recreation satisfaction and flow experience with the stronger effect on recreation satisfaction than on the flow experience; flow experience positively affects recreation satisfaction.
