【摘要】 利用对新疆223户牧户的调查数据进行草畜平衡标准的研究。利用Logistic回归模型对牧户政策的受偿意愿及影响因素进行分析,利用条件估值法和Tobit回归模型计算牧户合意的受偿标准,并对影响其期望值的因素进行分析。研究结果表明牧户合意的补偿标准为130.5元/hm~2,当前新疆的草畜平衡标准过低。最后,根据实证分析的结果,提出与草畜平衡标准相关的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of grass livestock balance was based on the survey data of 223 herdsmen in Xinjiang. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the willingness of herdsmen to accept compensation and its influencing factors. Conditional valuation method and Tobit regression model were used to calculate the compensation standard of herdsmen’s agreement, and the factors affecting their expectations were analyzed. The results show that the acceptable compensation standard of herdsmen is 130.5 Yuan per hm~2, and the current balance standard of grass and livestock in Xinjiang is too low. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, policy recommendations related to the criteria of grass-livestock balance were put forward.更多还原
