【摘要】 文中以鄂尔多斯市为研究区,采用文献综合分析的方法,在对各类土地监测指标进行收集归纳的基础上,结合能源开发区特征,构建干旱半干旱区土地质量监测指标体系。该体系由监测指标、监测方法、监测周期3部分组成。研究中将监测指标分为数量监测、质量监测、生态监测三大类型,最终选择数量监测指标5个,耕地质量监测指标11个,林地质量监测指标11个,草地质量监测指标10个,生态监测指标12个。按照监测数据获取途径将监测方法分为实地测量、采样分析、问卷调查、遥感技术配合地面调查以及相关部门资料收集;按照监测指标的稳定性将监测周期分为不频繁更新、常规更新和频繁更新三类。构成的体系可以较好反映能源开发区土地质量状况及变化趋势,可为区域土地可持续利用提供数据支撑。

【Abstract】 By taking Ordos as the research area and using literature analysis, the land quality monitoring index system for arid and semi-arid energy development zones was constructed on basis of the collection of different land monitoring indexes and consideration of characteristics of energy development zones. The system consists of monitoring indexes, monitoring methods and monitoring cycles. The monitoring indexes are divided into three types: quantity monitoring indexes, quality monitoring indexes and ecological monitoring indexes. In this paper, 5 quantity monitoring indexes, 11 cultivated land quality monitoring indexes, 11 forest land quality monitoring indexes, 10 grassland quality monitoring indexes and 12 ecological monitoring indexes are comprehensively chosen. According to monitoring data acquisition modes, the monitoring methods are classified into field measurement, sampling analysis, questionnaires, remote sensing technology with ground investigation and related department data collection. Based on the stability of monitoring indexes, the monitoring cycles fall into three categories: infrequent updates, regular updates and frequent updates. The system can reflect land quality status and trends in energy development zones, and provide data support for sustainable land use.
