【摘要】 虽然成长期资源型城市正在遭遇人口流失、经济衰退、品质下降和深度贫困等"收缩之危",但是在新时代发展与规划理念转型的背景下,也迎来了生态文明、循环经济、精准扶贫、以人为本和文化魅力等"再生"机遇。文章结合城市收缩"危"与"机"的特征分析,基于适应和反应两个维度,提出"整体保护,适度开发""重点突破,以点带面""产业支撑,产城融合""交通引导,三区一体"的规划策略,并以正在遭遇城市收缩危机的陕西省汉中市略阳县为例展开实证分析,以期对同类城市开展相关工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although resource based cities are experiencing population outflow, economic decline, deep poverty problems of contraction, they are embracing revitalization opportunities such as ecological civilization, recycling economy, accurate poverty relief, human orientation, and cultural regeneration in the new era. The paper analyzes the challenge and opportunity of city contraction, proposes "general preservation, moderate development", "major breakthrough for point-area development", "industrial development and integration between city and industry" strategies based on adaptation and reaction, and makes a positive study of Lueyang county.更多还原
