【摘要】 文章基于高德地图兴趣点(POI)和出租车GPS轨迹对城市居住与就业空间进行实证研究,重点关注珠海市总体层面和分区尺度的居住与就业空间的匹配状况。研究发现:珠海市居住空间分布相对均衡,产业空间分化较为明显,东部城区居住与就业空间匹配程度较高,西部新区居住与就业的空间存在一定不匹配性。据此,文章从经济发展、城市交通、规划政策和制度转型等方面出发,分析了职住空间关系的影响因素,提出城市规划应更加重视居住与就业的空间配置研究,关注如何满足职住平衡要求并提高城市发展效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Gaode map interest points and taxi GPS trajectory, this paper makes an empirical study on residential space and employment space, focusing on the overall level of Zhuhai and the matching residential and employment space at district level.The study finds that the distribution of residential space in Zhuhai is relatively balanced, employment space differentiation is more obvious, the matching degree of residential space and employment space is higher in East District and lower in West District. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the relationship between employment and residence from macro factors such as economic development, urban transportation, planning policy and institutional transformation, and proposes that next round city plan deal more with spatial allocation of housing employment, balance between occupation and residence, and improvement of urban development efficiency.更多还原
