【摘要】 灾后村庄重建规划的核心是农居的规划建造。在规划选址方面,可根据具体情况,综合运用原址重建、异址重建和生态移民三种方式。在住居模式方面,需从解决灾民生计问题和地区经济发展出发,选择聚居或散居模式。在村民参与程度方面,需尽量使村民参与规划、设计、建造、管理各个层面。通过对三个灾后重建案例的分析得出结论:基于村民充分参与的选址、住居模式的选择和建造是农居规划建设成功的核心因素。更多还原
