【Abstract】 Earthquake disaster is the biggest destructive natural disaster caused huge financial losses and a lot of cassualties, which is not only a severe threatening for the city secure, but also a enormous challenging from earthquake risk reduction for cities. Systematic and scientific strategies of seismic hazard prevention should be adopted in order to achieve the aim of secure city.
