钼水质自动监测仪及其在实际监测中的应用

【摘要】 MoO(SCN)5离子与染料罗丹明B(RhB)反应,生成蓝色三元络合物MoO(SCN)5(RhB)2,在600 nm有强吸收,依此原理开发钼自动监测仪。检出限达到0.042 2 mg/L,精密度为6.19%~9.44%,加标回收率为82.4%~116%,质控图中所有数据均未超出x±3s区间内,与测定钼的标准方法具有可比性。该仪器应用于某地表水应急事件中,其监测数据有效指导事故处理。

【Abstract】 The reaction of the molybdenum oxypentathiocyanate ion with the dyestuff Rhodamine B(Rhb) produces the ternary complex, MoO(SCN)3(Rhb)2.The ternary complex absorbs strongly at 600 nm, forming the basis why the automatic water quality monitoring instrument for molybdenum can be made.The detection limit is 0.042 2 mg/L, the precision is 6.19%~9.44%, the recovery rate is 82.4% to 116%, and all of the data in the quality control profile did not exceed the range of x±3s.The instrument is comparable to the standard method for determining Molybdenum.In a surface water accident emergency, the data determined by the instrument effectively guided the accident handling.
