【摘要】 每年的5、6月份是广州市的梅雨季节,每逢此时广州的雨量就会增加,城市内部难免会出现内涝。尤其是近几年来随着快速化的城市发展,城市地下车库成为内涝受灾的重要点,水灾害俨然成为广州市城市公共安全的重要隐患之一。本文对2010年"5.7"特大暴雨侵袭广州地下车库的事件进行分析,从广州市地下车库的设计有待完善、人们的预警能力有待提升、城市的生态平衡有待得到重视角度,结合城市公共安全的一些基本知识及国外的一些优秀做法,提出了治理广州"水淹车库"的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 May and June is the rainy season in the city of Guangzhou,rainfall will increase during this time,the city will inevitably lead to waterlogging inside.Especially with the rapid development of the city in recent years,the urban underground garage into the important point waterlogging disaster.In this article,the flooded underground parking lot due to the heavy rain in May 7th 2010 is analyzed.Combined with the basic knowledge of public security and some good examples abroad,several suggestions are proposed to control the "flooded garage" in Guangzhou City in terms of the improvement on the design of underground parking lot,people’s ability to predict emergency as well as the importance of the ecological balance.更多还原
