一种新型光纤Bragg光栅振动传感器的设计

【摘要】 为满足各种工程结构和机械系统的低频测试需求,设计并研制了一种特殊三脚支架和等强度悬臂梁结构的可放大振动信号、增加灵敏度和有较宽工作频带的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)振动传感器,建立了传感器的数学模型,测试了传感器固有频率、灵敏度、失真系数和横向抗干扰能力等参数。实验表明,研制的FBG振动传感器,其固有频率约为100 Hz,频带可达75 Hz,振幅分辨率为0.3 nm/mm,灵敏度为28.5 pm/m.s-2,用于检测75 Hz以下的振动是完全可行的。

【Abstract】 A new fiber Bragg grating(FBG) vibration sensor with a special structure of metal three-legged stand and elastic cantilever is designed for many low-frequency tests in engineering structures and mechanical systems.It can work with a wide band,amplify vibrating signal and increase sensitivity.And the mathematical model of vibration sensor was established.Furthermore,natural frequency,sensitivity,distortion factor,and horizontal anti-jamming capability of the sensor were measured.Experimental results show that the vibration detection below 75 Hz is feasible with the FBG vibration sensor designed.Its natural frequency is about 100 Hz,frequency range is 75 Hz,the resolution of amplitude is 0.3 nm/mm,and sensitivity is 28.5 pm/m·s-2.
