【摘要】 以广州旧城区泮塘五约微改造为研究案例,从规划的角度,重点关注如何激活地方历史文化资源和地方文化资本,进一步提出在城市更新过程中实现文化资本的策略:1)文化资本的保护与激活相结合,提高文化资源的再生能力;2)多元手法收集、挖掘和整合城市文化资源;3)恢复重建城市历史空间与场所;4)创新发展文化产业,打造文化品牌;5)宣传和推广文化产品和文化产业等,以期在文化资本的激活起到积极的作用,并促成理性的城市更新手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Pun Toon Wuyue micro-reform in the old district of Guangzhou as a case study, this paper focuses on how to activate local historical and cultural resources and local cultural capital from the perspective of planning, and puts forward strategies to realize cultural capital in the process of urban renewal: 1) combining the protection and activation of cultural capital to enhance regeneration ability of cultural resources; 2)collecting, excavating and integrating the urban cultural resources in a variety of ways; 3)reconstructing urban historical spaces and sites; 4) innovatively developing cultural industry and building cultural brand; 5) publicizing and promoting cultural products, industries and so on.
