高分辨率SAR卫星监测特高压输电铁塔形变

【摘要】 针对灾害条件下特高压输电线路及铁塔广域监测应用的现状和需求,研究了利用高分辨率合成孔径雷达(SAR)卫星监测特高压输电铁塔及其形变的技术。首先,分析SAR成像的特点,研究高分辨率SAR图像中特高压铁塔的目标特性和目标识别技术,利用峰值检测算法对武汉特高压交流试验基地中的特高压铁塔进行识别。然后进行了特高压铁塔形变实验。结果表明,利用SAR目标识别技术可以提取特高压输电铁塔的主要结构,利用高分辨率SAR图像监测特高压铁塔较大形变的方法具有可行性。

【Abstract】 Under the conditions of present situation and requirements of wide area surveillance for UHV transmission line and tower in natural disaster weather,the technology of using high-resolution SAR satellite to detect UHV transmission line and tower deformation was discussed. Firstly,the fundamental characteristics of SAR image were analyzed. And the target characteristics and target recognition technology of UHV transmission tower in high-resolution SAR images were studied. The algorithm of peak characteristics detection was adopted to recognize the UHV tower targets in Wuhan UHV AC test base. Then,the test of UHV transmission tower deformation was processed. The experimental results show that using SAR target recognition technology can extract the main structure of UHV transmission tower,and the method of using high-resolution SAR images to identify the deformation of UHV transmission tower is feasible.
