昆明西山万达广场超高层办公楼抗震设计概述
Summary of Seismic Design of the Super High-rise Building of Kunming Xishan Wanda
【摘要】 昆明西山万达超高层写字楼地处地震高烈度区,Ⅲ类场地,采用钢管混凝土柱+钢梁+压型钢板组合楼板外框架-型钢混凝土核心筒,附加4道加强层的结构体系。文中介绍该工程的抗震设计过程及控制要点,为高烈度区超高层建筑抗震设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 The super high-rise building of Kunming Xishan Wanda is located in a region of high earthquake intensity,site Class Ⅲ.The structure system is concrete filled steel tubular column+steel beam+ composite slabs with profiled steel sheet-steel reinforced concrete core tube with four stiffening layers.The over-limit seismic design process and the control key points are introduced here.It provides the reference for such kind of seismic design in high earthquake intensity.
