某平面刚度变化超限的高层结构抗震设计

【摘要】 介绍某高层建筑由于楼板开洞过大引起平面刚度急剧变化的超限结构设计方法,分析了此类超限结构的概念设计原理及构造设计措施,比较了SATWE和PMSAP两种设计软件的有限元计算结果,讨论了结构竖向刚度分布规律及抗震性能,结果表明所采取的加强措施有效降低了平面刚度变化对抗震性能的不利影响。

【Abstract】 It introduces a designing method of high-rise building with plan stiffness changes beyond code requirementsm,causing by setting up large hole in concrete slabs.The principle of concept-design and measurement of detail-design are investigated and the calculational results of finite element method by SATWE and PMSAP were compared.Subsequently,the charateristic of structural vertical stiffness distribution is obtained and behaviors of structural anti-seismic were achieved.The results show that the measure of strengthening structural stiffness effectively decreased the influence of plane stiffness changes on anti-earthquake capacity.
