【摘要】 从水污染、水环境、水生态、水域岸线、水安全及执法监管等6个方面,分析了河源市三王坝河存在的问题,并根据河源市及源城区全面推行河长制工作所制定的治理目标,提出了治理对策及措施,为源城区"一河一策"实施方案编制提供了参考,也为源城区实现具有岭南客家文化特色的平安绿色生态水系目标提供了思路与方向。分析成果可为省内其他县市"一河(湖)一策"方案编制与实施提供借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the Sanwangba River in Yuancheng District of Heyuan City as an example, the existing problems and the treatment measures of Sanwangba river are proposed from six aspects: water pollution, water environment, water ecology, water shoreline, water safety and supervision of law enforcement,based on the treatment targets of promoting the full implementation of the river chief system in Heyuan City. The study provides theoretical basis for "one river and one policy" compilation and implementation plan of Yuancheng District, also help Yuancheng District to create a safe, green and ecological water system with Lingnan Hakka culture features.更多还原
