超大直径钢管单面焊双面成型全位置自动焊接技术试验

【摘要】 基于珠江三角洲水资源配置工程试验段项目的隧洞内钢管施工工艺要求,经过多次的试验,开发了超大直径钢管内环缝单面焊双面成型的全位置自动焊接技术,并分析了焊接质量影响因素。试验的成功实施,为大直径压力钢管的现场焊接提供了高效的方法。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,unstable quality,high labor intensity and high requirement for welder’s welding skills in pipeline field welding,based on the construction technology requirements of pipeline in tunnel of the pilot project of water resources allocation project in Pearl River Delta,after many tests,all position automatic welding technology of one-sided welding and double face forming for inner ring seam of super large diameter steel pipe is developed,and the influencing factors of welding quality are analyzed. The successful implementation of the test is a more efficient way for on-site welding of large diameter penstocks.
