水利工程高处坠落安全风险的可拓评估模型

【摘要】 高处坠落事故在水利工程施工事故中占有较高的比重,控制及防范高处坠落事故已成为水利建设行业急需解决的问题,对高处坠落安全风险进行评估能较好地起到预防和控制高处坠落事故的作用,该文在物元可拓理论的基础上,对水利施工企业面临的风险因素进行识别与分析,将熵权与物元可拓模型耦合,构建了水利工程高处坠落安全风险的评估模型,确定了风险评价等级,分析了主要风险影响因素,并以某水利工程施工企业为例对其高处坠落安全风险等级进行了预测分析,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Falling accident in the construction of water conservancy project occupies a high proportion of accidents. Control and prevention of falling accident has become an urgent problem to be solved in water conservancy construction industry. To evaluate the safety risk of falling in the high place can effectively prevent and control the effect of falling accidents. On the basis of matter element extension theory,the risk factors of water conservancy construction enterprises are identified and analyzed. The entropy weight and matter element model are coupled to construct the assessment model of the safety risk of the water conservancy project. Determine the level of risk assessment,and analyze the main risk factors. Finally,water conservancy project construction enterprises falling safety risk rating is evaluated.
