【Abstract】 The paper constructed the evaluation index system of urban nature disaster comprehensive response capabilities according to the Pearl River Delta cities where was the most developed region of China.During the practice and empirical study,it calculated and analyzed the spatial-temporal distribution pattern of the urban response capabilities in the Pearl River Delta from year 2000 to 2008.更多还原
