离心式撒肥机性能试验台的设计

【摘要】 撒肥施肥技术具有效率高,施肥机械结构简单等特点,是目前常用的施肥方法。离心式撒肥机在撒肥机械中应用范围较广,但其设计未达到完全优化的程度,因此需要对离心式撒肥机的撒肥盘、排肥机构等核心部件进行优化,以提高撒肥均匀性、撒肥量可控性和排肥流畅性。本文依据离心式撒肥机工作原理和结构特点设计离心式撒肥机性能试验台,可更换不同的离心式撒肥盘和排肥机构做不同的试验。基于西门子MM440变频器设计控制系统和LabVIEW软件开发环境设计的数据检测系统,可对试验台工作参数进行实时调整,并实时检测离心式撒肥盘与排肥机构工作性能和机器振动参数。该试验台具有较高的通用性和自动化程度,为离心式撒肥机研究提供基础试验平台。

【Abstract】 Fertilizer spreading technology has many characteristics of high efficiency and simple structure of fertilizing machinery. It is a commonly used fertilization method at present. Centrifugal manure spreaders is widely used in fertilizer spreading machinery. At present, the design of centrifugal spreader is not fully optimized. It is necessary to carry out the core components such as the spreader and the fertilizer discharge mechanism of the centrifugal spreader. Optimization to improve uniformity of spreading, controllability of spreading amount and fluency of fertilizer discharge.In this paper, the centrifugal fertilizer spreader performance test bench is designed according to the working principle and structural characteristics of the centrifugal spreader, and different centrifugal spreader discs and fertilizer discharge mechanisms can be replaced. Based on the Siemens MM440 inverter design control system, and based on the LabVIEW software development environment, a data detection system is designed, which can adjust the working parameters of the test bench in real time,and detect the working performance of the centrifugal spreading disc, the working performance of the fertilizer discharging mechanism and the vibration parameters of the machine. The test rig has high versatility and automation, and provides a basic test platform for the research of centrifugal spreader.
